Seen as it looks like we all know each other already and it'll only be a matter of day before all the old crew are here, why not get together for the first SFF social drink?

Anyone keen for a beer somewhere before Christmas?

Where were you thinking of Swoff?

I haven't thought it through before posting it up, I'm open to suggestions.

The 9th suits me best though, ant P J Gallaghers at Drummoyne would be my local at that time...
Thoughts?

The 9th might be pushing the friendship with the [collective] wifes after the 8th and there could be a few sore heads around as well - it could always be a Sat or Sun lunch affair so as not to interefere too much with other festive events.

Lunch is no good for me on the December weekends.

PJ's suits me well for all arvo's as I'll be working about a block away.

I'm happy to travel anywhere if someone suggests an alternate location...

Since 90% of the folks here are from FR I'd suggest using the FR drinks as planned.

It's a good opportunity to let everyone know this place is here too.

I was asking about the invitation to your residence. I think it's a very kind offer and a great idea. A nice, relaxed was to get together for a chat over a few beers and some meat.
I'll be there with bells on mate. :)
