The comp stresses the social side and all the prizes donated are rafled so we all have a chance at that new rod :D
The owners of this site have been great supporters and we thank them very much. In fact Kris will be fishing the comp with his lovely wife and no doubt cursing that decision when she whoops his butt in the comp   :D
Merry Christmas to you all and hope to see some of you in feb
Guys the surface fishing on the hawkesbury has been going off with this rain. went for a couple of hours round my place on sat and 1 bloke got 19 surface strikes (and not one hook up, he just flew in from the usa and as soon as a fish splashed he tried to rip its jaws out ala us fishing show )
dean and i prob had a dozen or more between us (hook ups not hits) and the other bloke 3/4 fish landed.
No real monsters but all in the high 20 low 30.
The comp looks like coming at the right time and the applications are on line for any who want to come

Had a good day out at the monthly hnbaa club day yesterday, Kath had great first day bass fishing, getting her five bass in the well and getting third overall for the day, beginers luck i guess, however she did pick up the the new gold cast 80 and matching stick with ease. Befopre I knew it she was skipping knols lures under overhangs that I could not for the life of me reach, and as a result when i dropped a fish beside the boat, she overtook me in the tally and I had a good sweat going to try and catch up!, I only just got there by a mere 29mm over five fish. However we are both looking forward to the inter club comp, its good to know i have a great partner for that weekend.

YEAH YEAH, boy, a guy gets a wife who out drinks and out fishes him and everyone else and all he can do is brag (LOL)
Well done Kris, you and Kath will have to be hot favourites for any family team prizes.
Keep moulding and shaping her Kris, she will be the one to beat, i'm sure of it. The unstoppable husband and wife team, i like it. You's have been doing well of late.

We are in form!!!
Kath and i fished the WSBB monthly at the Colo on Sunday and we took out the induvidual male and female and the teams. Cant say it was a great day though, no fish measured over 325mm to the fork and the numbers caught were not any thing to write home about.
Its good to know my partner is not letting me down!!
Well done to the both of you. Who caught the bigger fish out of you two?
Kamil.
