07'-08' Season

What are your targets for the upcoming season? Any special needs or wants you just have to achieve this year?
-Mine is a, not asking for much in the way of size, but would like a 30kg+ YFT hopefully soon.
-I want to tag a Blue from my own boat out of Sydney, that will make it all species plus a Short Billed Spear out of my boat out of Sydney.
-Want to land a Wahoo out of Sydney if they come down again.
-Definitely want a 20kg Bull Dolly this season somehow?
-oh and at least another 30kg Jew sometime in summer.

That will do me, now to you guys?

I'm keen to target bream and flathead, primarily with soft plastics and if lucky enough:luck: get a jewie or two.

I would also like to catch some big king fish.

Overall goal would be to get at least two new spots semi-sussed and maybe go hiking and find a new one down south.

well 1st thing is to see if we cant crack the 15kg mark for snapper dont like our odds, but have snaged a few around the 9kg-12kg mark, then see if we can get a 20kg plus king in the boat b4 it finds a reef/bottom lol apart from they looking forward to another good year

Well where do you start?

My first goal is the same as flatrocks. I want a 30kg Fin on the Saltiga.

I then want a 10-15kg King.

Then i want a 6kg+ Snapper from Sydney. I have it from Coffs but i want it on plastic or bait I don't really care.

i then want to start off with a 5kg-10kg Jew and then see how I go from there.

There are others but these are on the top of the list.

im still waiting for my Tuna, still waiting for my Blue, still waiting for my Wahoo, still waiting for that Dolly and still waiting for another Jew!!!!!!!!!!!

I did not get out as much as i would like haved but maybe since my GF is starting to get into it i may do better this season as last season all my time was devoted to her.

Maybe we need a new thread of this years targets?
