I love to stay my mates Uncle's house at Anna Bay, and fish Port Stephens in all styles that favour the area with some quality fish to come in from there too.

Annual trip to Yamba, get to hang out with the hippies!:rolling laughter:

Nah....go there to enjoy the clean beaches, catch up with my parents who come down from QLD and to let the kids go crazy for a couple of days. Missus loves the beaches, I enjoy the fishing from the beaches and breakwall.

Best catch, day one 2yrs ago between my 3 children, my mum and dad and I - 30+ bream all over 40cm within an hour from straight under the wharf where we stay (you can see the schools hanging there at low tide), daily feed of bream. At whiting beach came home with 11 big whiting and 2 flathead all well over legal size after putting about 2hrs fishing time in.
Huge sting ray, must've been 10 kg at least top fun that night...thought it was a jew at first.
This year will specifically target Jews and hopefully come back with a story and pic of Mr jew.:headbang:
