lake macquarie

went to lake macquaire last yesterday arvo round about 2ish, my mate hired a houseboat for the night for 3 people, wasnt much fish around last night.
fished till about 11 then just went to sleep was freezing cold!
then i started fishing againz this morning at 7:30am then half an hour later caught a 57cm flatty..and thats all we caught for the day. got a a big bite off a yellow tail which i was using for live bait bit half the fish off!!!

Great report Whytri. Look at that Yakka, something muched on that for sure, prolly a Shark or Big Tailor. it was a nice weekend to be fishing thats for sure. And Flatty's are tops eating!
