Caught off the Jumpinpin, mid water 40 minute tussell MASSIVE
On 4kg thats a crazy achievement, where abouts was it taken? I take it up North somewhere?
That is a serious fish on 4kg tackle!

Yeah Kamil, Spoke to him today he said it took an hour and a half to land chasing the fish with the boat the whole time. Think it might have been on 8kg rather than 8lb. Was braid. He was using a 6-8kg live fibre 7' spin rod with an okuma eclipz 40 baitrunner ...... The jumpinpin is a river just north of brisbane.
Kris im Im takin the weekend off work right now - Snapps pearlies amberjack and monster cobes here we come......

We were both pretty exited when he first gave me the story, sorry about the misinformation. Stef the 'pin is south of brissiethat is the natural break between north and south stradbroke islands, a bit of a bar that is not great to go over in the dark
