Did ya cook em or smoke em Quinny ?
Dont mind a feed of trout once in a while, especially if they have been eating crustations & their flesh is that nice pinky/orange colour.

Top catch Quinnie, and i could not agree more, Fresh Trout smothered in stacks of butter and lemon leaves drizzled with lemon juice, is just so hard to beat! I love them as a freshwater fish!
Well done Quinnie and all reports late or not are great, we would rather see them then not see them!
