Brooklyn boat ramp

I was the unlucky person today on returning to brooklyn ramp to get the car and retieve the boat.
4 windows smashed, $3.60 in coins, a couple of cd's and the hsv log book.
Once in contact with hornsby police it appears there has been a spat of car break in's at brooklyn recently and they are trying to track them down.
No doubt kids by what they took, and knowing not to open a door or the alarm would of gone off.
In all about $3000 in damages and one pissed off fisherman. Hopefully they see my address in the log book and come and pay me a visit at home to see what they can get. "It would be a big suprise for them"

In all though if you are on a day trip I would suggest you would be ok, but if your on an overnighter beware.

I wonder what sort of priority these property crimes get with the cops compared with revenue raising initiatives such as manning speed cameras etc.

If there's a spate of these robberies why are they staking out the carpark and catching the lowlifes?

Couldn't be that hard IF it were a priority.

sorry to hear the bad news.
No they dont look for these idiots. I have a couple of mates in the force and they are directed to take care of people first. Crimes like murder, assault etc comes first.
Believe me because some arse wipe stole my whole trailer and they needed a Hiab to steal it.
The coppers didnt even get the report to RTA as 8 weeks after the theft, I was sent a renewal notice to pay for trailer Rego. (Value of trailer $4000)
Good luck and I hope you find them, and kick the sh*t out of them for me as well.
