Willie has done very wrong by a club that put him on the map and gave him a premeirship.
Hes a good player but nobody is above the game and the dogs did the right thing, unfortunately Willie has no loyalty.....
I think the dogs will be joining the tigers next year on the bottom half of the ladder......

mate one player goes, another one comes, only the team is permanent, the rest (players, coach, owner, etc) are temperory. Its a shame what mason did, and its his shame. Put it this way, that sort of big players are good for the team but they do harms to the team as well. they have their own group in the team, their attitude etc.
Now he goes and we can watch another young talent playing instead of him, we're gonna see some new young faces.

[quote=mulloway mayhem]what do you guys think about the carrie on about willie mason....
as most of you guys know im a die hard dogs fan and cant believe this guy has done what he has done....im gutted hey......we have lost some top players over the last 5 yrs and as its hard to see them players running around in different colours i never thought i would see big willie in anything but blue and white.......cant believe all this hoo har about a fight that wont even happen.....does he really think he is bigger then the game itself.....no way......im glad the dogs did what they did but i just cant believe he wanted out of the club that had tried to do whats best for willie over all the yrs of misbehaving......i cant believe he is going to the roosters...our most hated team.......anasta,nate myles, omealey and now mason all to the roosters.....fark them.............:violent1:
I think their is alot more to this than is being told... All will come out sooner than later, but don't be so hard on him untill you know the full story. Their are alot of problems with the club management and you never know what they have said to Willie for him to leave.
I put it to you like this, lets say you work for a company that has tought you alot and given you a couple of promotions and you are doing well at your job and people in your industry know that you are good at what you do, but you are loyal, they have looked after you and you have made good friends their and don't want to leave.
But then the management starts to change a few things and now they are changing the way things are done around work and people don't like change so they start to get their noses out of joint and a few of your work mates have some small run ins with the boss, don't like the way they are being treated and go to a competitor.
About a year down the track management is getting worse and you hear a few of your old works mates have a new boss and everything is just like old times over at your competitor, things are getting harder, management is becoming mungrels and you then decide to go and work for the company where all of your old works mates are as it is just like old times......
Hope I explained that ok, as that is all Willie has done, his footy he plays may be for someones team but at the end of the day it is a job and nothing more and he needs to look after himself, why should he be unhappy going to work every day, none of us would like to do that.....:wtf: :wtf: :wtf:

I think it was allways going to happen, willie lead the charge for more money in the NRL. I know this is not entirely about $$$ but its his drive. I can find out more two of my friends sponsor the dogs and are tight in the club. But i dont mind to much what he does. You would of though he would be one of those players who plays only for 1 club a little bit. But he is in life what he is in football reckless and lose. Im not a mason fan but feel sorry for the fans as this internal blunder has cost them dearly.

anasta, nate myles and omealey and mason all have bulldogs tattoos.....
imagine being in that locker room when changing into their new colours......
:nutkick:   :rolling laughter: :rolling laughter: :rolling laughter:
What idiots. Its is said that everyone has a price. Having those tats means at one time they thought they were making a life long commitment to the club..... idiots!!! These men have shown us thier price for selling out.
the dogs do it year after year i reckon wayneo you got nothing to fear the dogs just seem to produce player after player mason is stale and boring these days i reckon you won t miss him..........
