Went to a spot I know expecting some beautiful clear water fishing on a crisp summer morning. I was aware that it had rained sat night though it was not until we got into the bush that I realised how much it had rained. The access track was heavily washed and there was water pooring down all the gullies. we went down to the river then decided to look at another creek a few valleys over, all the same. POO BROWN and running hard!
The first pic is of the 4wd track you can see a few rocks have been dramatically exposed!! Not for the faint hearted or those without Landrovers.
The next pics would ussually show you a gently miandering crystal clear river with golden sands linning its beds.
Needless to say fishing was not on so we just ran around in the bush till we got tired then went home:noway:
