Prawning around Sydney yrgent help needed

HI all!! am going to the hawksebury tomorrow night and im in bad need of live prawns I only have tonight to go get them. I need a spot south of Sydney harbor (Botany bay, Hacking, etc.) I dont need a heck of a alot about 15 to 20 would do. Thanks in advance!

good luck in the hawkesbury its spo discoloured....

the onlu thing which i reckon will catch are smelly baits eg chicken gut...

Doesnt Narra Lakes produce Prawns? The only other place i know is the Entrance and some places in the Georges. Try Maianbar too if you heading south.

Been many moons since I bait fished the hawksebury
But when I did I found live nippers were one of the better baits used up there allways seemed to outfish all the other boats in the area.

Just another option if you cant get live prawns

I used to sneak out to mainbar the day B4 & pump them up
