Last time I used that ramp would have been over a year ago...maybe 2. The last I heard about it, they had tidyed it up a little. I'm not sure of the current status, but I did drive down there in the truck a couple of months ago and it looked fine.

I was talking to a Brighton local who said its a bit shallow and if you've got a decent boat you can't use it at low tide.

Thanks,

From the reports i am getting i think i will have to give this ramp the flick. And i have a 5M quinnie with 115hp so i dont think a low tide would be friendly.

Looks like putting up with the battle of the Kygeemah (sp?) ramp :( unless there are other good ones around.

Next time your on the water, motor by the ramp and have a look-see for yourself. Then you can have a better idea, and watch as others launch/retrieve. It may help.
