Ulladulla (sorry not Sydney fishing, but o well)

I went down to Ulladulla 28/3.
Sorta of workin- but ended up fishing from the shore.
using beach worms given to us from a local friend, my mate and I headed out. 3 minutes from his place.. nice!!

On the rising tide we fished from 5pm till 8pm.
Caught a Salmon, and bream. Right from our feet. Didnt need to cast far at all.
Then not watching the big tide changes- I left my mobile phone on the tackle box, what I thought was a LONG way away from the tide, obviuosly wasnt!!:(
So 2 fish and a $300 phone bill!!
Next day- same time- we went down again- with the left over worms. First cast snagged.
went trhough 4 rigs in about 1 hour.
My mate then pulls out a big (big to us) 2kgish black drummer (after we asked what it was).
4 more BIG bream aswell. Those things are pretty dam huge down there!!

Such a beautiful spot down there..mmm

I left my bloody digital camera down there too- at his house luckliy. Will post when I get it back.

Sounds like a good trip, you have to watch those mobiles though. Cant wait to see the pics.
It does not matter if the reports are not in sydney, its the Sydney anglers getting out there!

Here are some pics.
Went down again 8/4/06.
The Seas were monsterous. My mate caught a few bream fromt he lakes.
With so much debris and weed in the water- you would just get snagged up, the currents were way to strong.

I agree totally,the fact that people are putting up fishing reports.
Wish i could put up a report,but no boat,and im so use to going out on a boat.

I just wish Mr A would stop whinging about not having a boat :)

By the way i am fishing Botany bay easter Monday - any help would be appreciated
