mate i haven't fished at that dam but i would say that lipless crank lures would do relly well or spinner bait lures.

Jackalls & spinnerbaits (1/2 oz) would be the pick for casting lures (as mentioned already) surface poppers on newly flooded ground at dusk & dawn will also work a treat.
For a trolling lure, ferral catts, knoll's natives, merlins should do you fine.

PS: if you are going to spend money on lures to fish glenbawn (or anywhere really) do yourself a favore, buy a TACKLE BACK & some vanesion blind cord on a hand caster,
my tackle back that cost me all up around $25 is now worth thousands maybe 10's of thousands at $10 - $25 a lure the amount of lures it ahs retrieved, won't get e'm all back but you will save most of e'm.
Good luck

i've caught some monster bass trolling around the cementry in the early morning, also boat harbour as you first turn in on your left i've noticed a drop off and there's one tree that is in about 30ft of waterd picked up 1 bass over 45cm's and got another one about 38cm, i don't usually pick up bass in there twos, 1 tree 1 bass. also some good catties of a night time along the dam wall at night, and yellowbelly further up there's a island that sticks out, and a bloke up there by the name of mars lures showed me a spot, some great fish around there, around the sunken bridge and cabins, just need the gps mark lol, good luck
