Bronzie's are they eatable??

People tell me u can eat em and they taste really good,any idea how u clean em?

Cut behind the head and across the tail wrist & clean out the gut not too long after you've landed the beast. Smell like amonia otherwise. Cooked up they taste like whatever sauce you cook them in. Nice clean fillets.
