Went out on a charter with the boys from work last friday, had a ball.
while all the boys were using bait on reasonably heavy o/heads , I snuk down the back o the boat with a spinning rod & plastics & was on first cast. The first mark we stopped at had 40-55 cm fish which dissapered after 3 drifts, another 20 min run to the next mark & it was instant mayhem, a better class of fish 45-70 cm, after going through a bag of plastics i thought i'd try something different & caught some more on jackalls & mask vibes just to show the boys you dont need to get your hands dirty to catch em . There was 12 on board & we kept 60 dollies & released, dropped & got busted off by many more & we left them biting after about 2 hrs.
