There's 2 bait shops very close to the airport virtually next door to one another if you go to Botany Bay Tackle ask for either Steve or Loui they'll sort you out mention my name & they'll charge you a extra 50 % :rolling laughter: :rolling laughter:

Just kidding mention my name & ask for a discounted they'll fix you up, as well as bait & tackle Steve runs a 8.3 meter Noosa Cat which does charters out of the Bay.

Both the guys have been fishing the bay as long as I have & know the place very well.

Right next to the airport is the cooks river breakwall. Used to be one of my favourite spots. Caught tailor, bream, flathead, flounder, luderick, tarwhine,t revally and snapper from there. Also saw people catching Ausiie salmon as well. And those bait stores bait catcher was talking about are a minute up the road.

dog catcher does his charters run every 4 hour or are they all day , also are they like a party boat with 10 or more people. do you need your own fishing rod on charter.

Mate depends on what type of fishing you're into ?/

The boat caters for everything from offshore right down to fishing inside the Bay.

Personally I've never done a charter on any boat but most charterter boats do have all their own tackle but pretty sure there'd be no prob if you brought your own gear.

Pretty sure the boat is licenced to carry 8 or 9 anglers

Just found one of steve's cards I'll scan it & post details there's a picof the boat on it &it's no sloach either leaves my tub in it's wake

Just Kidding folks! I know it was ZIMBALIST .But Simbalist is an odd name
AND I'm not climbing those blocks unless the Bream are 100cm and the Mulloway 250cm so there!
