went fishing last nite and got a feed of squid theyre around all nite the minute i got to bundeena a bloke had pulled up a squid i started jigging and hooked up in 5 mins and didnt bother too much with them for a while hoping yellowtail would visit the pylons around the wharf but were no where to be seen got 2 squid later on in the nite to bring home for a feed

Hey there mate,

i would recommend fishing eastern side of windang island. Great landbased. Good tailors and salmon kingies eerything. Also nice squid too. Havent been there for yonx but shuld be good. Even if the swell is up u can fish at the higher part even if the swell is like 3 meters u are still safe. Had gud sucess rate there anyways goodluck with ur next fishing trip

Cheers!!

i definately hope so some members take up my offer to go fishing coz it does get boring going by yourself and its good when others go with you coz u learn things from people anyways next fishing trip is on wedesday probably during the day as it is my day of so yeh any1 interested let me know dont no where i will be going yet so if want to come along let me know and we could work something out i dont have access to a boat so most of the fishing i do is landbased unless people know where we can hire a tinny from around sydney somewhere im up for it but i got basically no experience in driving a boat

Guy I spoke to on Tuesday was fishing Bundeena over the weekend. He said that they saw a few small sharks cruising around hassling the yakka and squid. He couldn't land one as he was fishing pretty light. He did manage a few decent flounder and a couple of good size squid.
