How does 1 go about cleaning flounder?Its the first time ive ever got 1 and it looks weird.

Hi Bige.I just cook them whole.Eat and turn over.

cut the belly flap open n take out the guts..there arent much guts at all.personally i fillet and skin them but you can scale and grill them whole they cook well bcoz there flat...
