Well guys, she's all done. Turned out pretty good, if I do say so myself.
Here's a few pics of the final result.

My last tip: Before you come up with a great idea about putting a drop shadow on your rego numbers...seriously consider doing something else.

Why???
7 letters a side, plus the drop shadow underneath, mmmm that's fourteen a side, mmmmm don't forget the other side, fr#%$en hel that's that 28 fr#%$en letters. :violent1:

Enjoy, PEZ. :hellyeah:

Looks the absolute business mate! good job.

I believe from your other post you said it only cost you $70 to get it this way? That's easily the best money ever spent imo.

Good work Pez. Looks fantastic.
I bet for the first few weeks you will be bringing the anchor and anchor chain up as delicately as if it were dental floss.

Pez. Looking good mate, but then again I knew it would.
You have done a good job.
Mate throw a large hession bag in the boat, and throw it over the gunwale when you bring the andcor in, they fold up into just about nothing and you can stow them anywhere, just leave then open on the deck is you have nowhere else to put it. Will save the paintwork and takes about 2 seconds to lay it over the side.

looks good nice job, how did you attach your sea dodgers? (the white canvas on your bow rails)

looking again your boat almost looks like a little navy boat (painted navy boat grey)

oh yeah one thing i forgot to mention i hope all of the stainless steel fittings, screws etc fitted to your boat copped a coat of duralac. Otherwise you great paint job will corrode and bubble.

they are dissimilar metals and ally will protect stainless and thus will corrode around those fittings (just a suggestion to keep your boat looking good) If want i can show you picks of what can happen.

A pirate, sea dodgers attached with UV resistant plastic grommets and UV resistant cable ties, I keep the bag of cable ties in the boat, if one breaks I just wak another one on, and yes all bolts etc are treated with Duralac. The idea was to make it look like a navy boat for something different, might be able to sneak into the no-go zones around the Naval bases now.
