Botany Bay livebait wharf?

Hi
I'm looking for a wharf in Botany Bay to get some live yacca's for jewie huntin.
Can anyone reccommend a suitable spot? (I don't have a boat and want a wharf you're legally allowed to fish from).

Also, we are coming up for a full-moon this Saturday - any views on whether this brings on the jewies? Some sites I read say the full moon is good, others say the new moon is best.

From Brighton Boat Ramp theres a wharf there, im not to sure about getting yakkas but most likely you will get bream,whiting and most likely tailor.. all using peeled prawns choppedin half depending on hook size
