Been fishing these 2 places the last couple of days and it has proved profitable.
The Bream have returned from the sea (nice silver colours) and the Blackies are in numbers ,some big mommas 2kg+ mixed in with quality 35-40cm av. fish.
Lots of trevally but some of these are smaller,with the odd bigger fish,this can be difficult if you fish 2kg as I do sometimes.But I reallly like finessing fish with light gear,I find it very satisfying,and I think it does improve my technique when I gear up for bigger fish.
Met Krust at C.G. sun,we had a nice chat and although we could only get the bread and butter species ,no Sambo's or Jews, it was fun. That guy is a fish MAGNET,they literally followed him up the wharf into quite shallow water ! Unfortunately the fish in question were Box/Cow fish :rolling laughter:.Now if he can adapt that power to attracting Kings.......:ohhh yeah:
