Down at Avalon last night, saw a few whiting being caught around 30cm in the pretty messy conditions. On the way back drove past a few of the lagoons and they're all full to bursting point for the first time in ages. And they're full of mullet. It's gotta be big Jewy time on the beaches..... is anyone fishing em?????
G'day imnotafish which lagoons are u talking about?narrabeen/dee why/curl curl? I might be fishing this friday night if the weather holds off.
Where bouts do u normally fish?I heard across the grapevine that north curly has some big taylor and bream.

as for the Bream n Tailor, went pig fishing down to nth curly mid last week and some guy down there was fishing the close wash, and he had a nice bucket full of greenbacks and some 30-35cm Bream. He was fishing paternostered pillies into a gutter which normally has bugger water, on a really high tide (think it was 1.9m that night.) There was no moon though which may be why they were feeding so close in.....
think i might have said this to you already but anyway
G'day imnotafish with the way the weather is looking today im definetly fishing friday night and going to fish the hawkesbury on saturday morning(fingers crossed) yep u did mention before about north curly
