What a day we hit the water abuot 8am for a social flick so off to the lane cove and some boats. the next 3hrs seen 20+ fish hooked and boated with the smallest going 30cm. to keep it short best 5 went 4kg+ :smiile: :smiile:

*I was there with him, they were all crackers. One of those days we dream of. The best bit was 3 in 3 casts, largest 36 cm ,smallest, 34cm (the other 35). Gotta love those boats in Lane Cove at this time of the year. Slow draging those camo sandworms along the bottom.

Obviously an ace day.

We sell a lot of the gulp sandworms, some blokes use them whole, others cut them in half. I've only used them a couple of times so am yet to develop a preferance. So, what is best, half or whole?

They seem to work either way, but you get twice as many out of a pack using halves

Seen a few reports of Jews being hooked on them lately, maybe a drift behind the breakers on a beach is in order?
