Spinning up kings on poppers

Hey guys,went for a boxing day fish down the stones,managed with a mate 4 kings on liveys to 60cm which were popped back and 2 on poppers,me mate got a roughly 63cm and i got a 76cm..Had a king about 10kg hit my popper but hooks pulled within a few seconds,was a solid fish!

Cheers guys have a good new years..Im off to coffs harbour for a week with a few boys from shimano for some snapper and hopefully spottys and spanyids and a whiting popper session so will keep you guys posted..:orcawhale:

What kind of retrieve were you using? Nice work too, there were heaps of rats around Longy and Middle Harbour today as well. Unfortunately, I pulled the hooks and got busted off by the bigger fush.
