always Max, but I let em all go 98% of the time, so my thoughts may not count for your question!

Depends if I'm after a feed or not. I have no hesitation in keeping any over 60 cm's, but I probably would baulk at keeping one over 75.

Having said that, I haven't ever kept any over 65, as I wasn't after a feed when I'd caught bigger!

Mate I'm pretty much the same as Greg. I release almost all my fish.

Having said that thought if I wanted a feed of lizards I would release anything over 60cm's

Cheers

Usualy on a normal trip I let them go.

The problem is comps where we throw back the small ones for another day.

in my opinion

all flattys over 65 should be allowed to live

lets face it people..
do we want our fun to be demolished by us ???????????????

the nsw DPI need to get there act together so it isnt !!!!!!

in 10 years the rules could easily be reviewed and we could all eat tough dry flatty fillets to our hearts content .... :rolling laughter:
hope not !!!!!

regards to all

Any big lizard over 65cm is much more valuable as breeding stock than as dinner! I've heard the storys my Pop talles of loading his boat to the gunnels with huge flatties and makes me sick. Last year I caught a big girl down at berowra nearly 90cm. When I showed Pop the pic and told him I let it go, all he could say is why the bloody hell did you do that?
