Weathers looking the goods.
I dont live far so i could come for a wonder down. Never fished for them but wouldnt mind giving it a go.
The problem with fishing there on the rocks is that it gets pretty crowded on weekends.
If i dont go out on the boat il PM you about details.

Yeah I plan to get there ealry and get a fat perch on a decent spot. I'll probably be there b4 sun up. I've found that most sydney fisho's Infact just most fisho's are danglers rather than anglers and will fish when ever they feel like geting up and not to the dawn or tide etc. I want to fish the run up so low is 4.45 am, I'll be there some time around 5.45 I think.

Good luck in the morning mate. Good to see I'm not the only one to fish the making tide on sun-up. They are my top 3 to target. You may have to show me a thing or two about catching them one day soon.......Matt.......

Well, hit the rocks This morning before sun up. managed a few drummer on about half run up tide. Took two home for the BBQ one about 40cm and the other just under, good little eating size. Once this water drops a little temp the wopper stoppers will be around. I cant wait!!!

I stopped and had a coffee up the top at about 6.45 this morning before i had to go into work. I think i spotted you. Black pants, blue jacket and a cap???
Didnt have time to climb down.
Sounds like a good session, you got what you were after.
I had a cracker on the boat this arvo with a dozen Snapper, 2 Mowies and a Pig fish.
Good day all round...

Sorry mate I do mean this Sun 19th but wont know anything until saturday. My Mum's in hospital so I may be visiting on sunday. Will put up a post sat arvo.

Having said that, rock fishing is a dangerous sport, it claims more lives than any other sport. I dont mind giving a few fishing tips but I dont want to be looking after someones saftey. It is common to get hit by waves when drummer fishing so confidence on the rocks is a must!
