Yes mate.

They are fitted to my Fisher 8.5m charter boat and are very good.

They have been installed by Pittwater Slipway & Mechanical Services and everything they told me about the product seems to be true.

In a word, Brilliant!

The push pad adustment is great but have found that if people move around on the boat from one side to the other, you have to adjust the tabs.
The tabs automatically retract when the motors are stopped. This is supposed to help stop weed etc from growing on the moving plate.

What vessel are you thinking about installing them on?

Thx for the reply Pete, just got em fitted on my 6.5m centre cab plate...I am heading North this weekend for a week and haven't used it since they were fitted, once you get the trim to where you want it can you then hit the A button to hold that lvl? That's what book says on the 2 pages? Anything else i need know m8?

No mate you are in better shape than me!!!

You got a book!

I didnt, may have to call the boys.

The boat becomes a sort of a leveling powered surfboard, so when someone walks to a side it will turn that way. This is what happens on mine anyway.

Best wishes
Peter

Hi i am in the process of putting on some QL boat trims. I have a 6.5meter Assassin. I have had a 12mm plate welded on the boat with all the holes allready drilled and taped for the trims to fit to. To save some money i got the plate my self and drilled and taped and a mate welded them on for me. At this stage i hope to have them fitted by sunday to try them out. Before i brought the trims i rang the boat manufature he advised me that he thought the QL system was the best for the boat. I will let you know what i think after i try them out. Steve at Woolgoolga If the pic,s come out the pipe is the deck wash pick up that had to be repositioned

Hi the boat is a 6.5 meter Assassin built in Bunbury WA ,turbo deisel mercriser with a stern drive leg. brought it in march this year and trucked it home. l launch it at Arrawarra (35k,s north of Coffs Harbour) of the beach with a tractor and have a pto driven winch on back of tractor to retrive it.Great boat just need the weather to improve.
