fishing tv show guide and sponsors

I am producing and presenting a TV segment on fishing and cooking that will be aired on foxtel and will also be used as a pilot for a series . I have chosen a theme on rock fishing as i hear it can be very exciting (will look at other ideas if anyone has them) I understand there is some abseiling involved in some spots which i would like to use and safety issues that I would also like to cover and hopefully get on to some good fish. The show needs to make good TV so once again suggestions would be good.
I am seeking a guide for about 3 hours who knows their stuff . Its not a paid position but can be great for exposure to the Sydney market via the tv show.

Alex Bellisimo is a rock fishing god. He currently does guided tours and tuition - see his report on the sydney fish finder website. His number is at the bottom of his report.
Keep us updated on progress on the show - more fishing on TV is good, although my wife thinks differently!
