Tomorrow morning rock fishing at Avoca fishable ?

Planning to fish at Avoca rocks early tomorrow morning, like from 4am.

Looking at seabreeze.com.au,

High tide at 6.15am and 1.55M
Wave: 1.1-1.2M
Wind: 9-10 knot North
Period: 9s


Is it considered safe to fish through high tide with above condition ?

I have been there only once a few weeks ago and it was at low tide so no idea...

the swell is still up a little,got to coastal watch and veiw the live camera at avoca beach..

If the point is breaking and surfable don't risk it-rescued many a fool out there many many years ago.
