Mark Fisher is renound for his awsome rod building talent! and gets to test his works in South Australia on beautiful Reds like these!
My good mate Mark Fisher (Out Back Custom Rods) was planning a Snapper fishing trip with a couple of mates in South Australia during the Christmas break. So prior to the trip he called me and asked if we had anything interesting in the form of blanks for him to build, trial on big fish and write about in Fishing world Mag.... I suggested he try out a couple of our Snapper Master blanks as they would certainly fit the bill for the purpous intended. I suggested the 7' 642 4-6 kg and 643 6-10kg models for the challenge.
When Mark received the blanks he was impressed by these blanks for their very even action and light weight for the power they out put. So he proceeded to build the rods with snake skin inlays and beautiful pattern work that would impress anyone that cast their eyes upon the works. He also trialled an Exoga 7'6" light PE 3 spin popping rod which he built with Eagles down through the grips Incredable work of art indeed!
He called me when the rods were done and sent some shots.
"Very nice stuff" I replied, hope you nail some goodies to put a bend in those!

It was Sensational South Oz Fishing.
If your gear can stand up to these then I reckon you'll be pretty right! Nice one Mark.
