Hooked On Fishing- Tuesday 1st June

Hi Guys

The episode that was delayed from last week will be playing tomorrow on channel Aurora 183. Apparently this channel is supplied with Foxtel. The episode will be played at 7.30pm on Dave Butfields - Hooked on Fishing program.

The show will see me with ink up my nose from a big squid, and some very decent winter Pittwater kingfish.

We catch a few small ones but then run into a few bigger models of 90cm. We have a double hook up and whilst the boys are holding them up to the camera, I send down another bait.
This one gets the 104cm kingfish and with fish on the floor, its all hands on deck.

The day was shot in the pouring rain and the clears were used all day to keep the camera dry. I hope that the footage is pleasing and that you enjoy the show.

Good show Peter - taped as promised. The inking was a classic - but I thought Dave got one too?
Reminds me of a time when I went squiding with my son - I got inked and tried to clean it up - I asked him if I got it all off - yeah he says. Bloody liar. I was wondering why I got some strange looks when I went throught the drive-in bottleshop on the way home. Little prick.
Nice kings too - you did an excellent job getting them out of the moorings.

Recorded it and just got to watch it tonight. Good show. The squid was a classic. :rolling laughter: Nice kings too. Esp that 1 meter model. :smiile:
