mate Alex has a point - or go for the cheapies with lots of pockets, there was another for half the price - remember that they get stained with guts squid ink etc. etc., so get ones that you're not too worried about chucking out either coz they get caught on bits of boat etc and rip all the time. Long sleeves are a must if you're fishing up north for insect protection - you could use all the aeroguard you like and still find something that bites...

Just asked my daughter about the shirt and she said, "you can't be serious. How GAY. Are you fishing alone? I guess if no-one else is around to see you."

They are for Oxford St and Foreshore Drive, Danny. :)

columbia shirts are too hot compaired to the tournament shirts we are wearing now.
That shirt looks like a similar material, but Quinny i'd go for a lighter colour on the shoulders & back or the sun will cook you.
The Go-So shirts arent too bad pretty cool & great sun protection.
Cant beat a good hat in summer though.

whites ok, but you still ( loiter uh-hem, cough :-) ) "fish" with filthy, dirty, stinky baits, so probably not a good idea to go white mate :-) for 80 bucks mum will kill you when it comes home stained.

If u want to look like a poof so nugget says then buy one but who cares what u look like ur saving ur self from one day possibly getting sun spots or skin cancer!!!
Plenty of shirts on the market under 100 bucks, columbia are great but shimano make a very similar one for 59 bucks which are perfect, nice soft material and importantly keeps u protected!
