I'm not sure if this is the best place for this thread, but I would just like to know how to use the battery power tester in the photo. The instructions are pretty useless.
I have a 17amp SLA battery runnng a Sevylor 12v motor. I can never quite tell how much power is left in it. Can anyone advise on which setting I should use on the tester, and what the reading should be when flat, and totally charged.
Also, there is no indicator on the charge adaptor to indicate when it's charged. Is it possible to over-charge the battery and cause any damage to it?
