Hiya FishFinders,

I've moved to Glendenning in the last 2 weeks, and I'm wondering what productive waterways are nearby for shore based fishing... I've heard nepean river is ok at emu plains, but no idea where abouts that is....

anyone have any ideas? or maybe wants to come out for a day tomorrow?

Cheers guys!

Wade

Im not going to give you any grand secrets, but I will tell you that every part of the hawkesbury river system holds good fishing opportunities. Right from the nepean / grose river all the way through lower portland ,colo, wisemans ferry and all the way to brooklyn. Get some books and start researching. If your at glendenning the closest bass fishing to you is in south creek. that should get you started.

Yep yep yep! Already seen a few scaly slithery things. All have been pythons so far, up in the hills. but im sure i'll encounter a red belly or two before the seasons over.
