forgive me if im wrong but the article itself reads positive in that it supports a cessation of marine park, or putting artificial reefs in on a catch and release fishery basis only. it does mention quite clearly the greens and labour are trying to omit parts of the paper that support this, but this is nothing new, they are politicians are they not? and was it not the liberals who in federal parliment entertained the idea of marine parks to get the green votes? it may not be on public record but it would not surprise me. maybe im just old and cynical.
