type in nsw boat licence in google and it their website will come up. Since oct 1st it has changed, all the details are there and it will cost ya $60.

You should be able to get a boat 4 around the same $ as you sell your kayak 4.
Just keep checking in the papers and online for a private sale, but beware of the old outboards - they r often less reliable and always suck more juice than the new ones!!
