You would have more luck getting slammed :red party: by a golf ball than finding a 15kg Carp at Eastlakes golf course

20 yrs ago when i was doin alot of trout fishing down on the murrinbidgie river down gundagai and tumut way i used to catch alot of carp well over 15kg........

i dont fish that much down that way but i still reckon you would catch some big ones...not sure about catching them at the golf course

Alright "SORRY" I'll stand corrected! We used to shoot them with our compound bows, with a fiberglass arow and line set up. I would love to knock one of those 15kg suckers over!:devil-smiley:

Hey it sounds fanny but my uncle with his friend got there one 8kg and another 12,5kg, over 1m long. And it is true.

I know of 1 Swamp Donkey in a local Sydney river system that was captured by a mate of mine that was 22.5lbs, thats pretty close to 10kg & he's been absolutely smoked by even bigger 1's, & their eatin lures.:red party:

There is a swamp or something of the likes, a dam in Yarramundi just past Penrif that holds them, pretty big too.

The 'lagoon' or what ever you want to call it does have some filthy big carp. A lot of the old euro imigrants go and get em for dinner! I've caught a couple out of there on celta blades but nothing huge!

The "lagoon" is that thing we were talking about at yarramundi. Not far from penrith but much closer to Richmond!
