Any idea on the cost? Stef, do you have them in the shop?
I'd probably keep taking my cheap one out fishing and keep the good one at home strictly for filleting.

look at the victorinox range, beutiful knifes! i love my 5 victorinox boning knives and all my other victorinox's! i would recomend them to anybody plus they are really easy to sharpen(if you have sharpened a victorinox then sharpened a brand like victory you will know what i mean). Also have a look at the Wengers they have some beutys out there aswell. These are very expensive knifes but are very good(both brands).
I dont know what knifes victorinox have for fishing as i mainly have there butcher knives and there pocket knifes but all of them are made of excellent quality and stand up to all the jobs i need them for.
